You have the right to withdraw your order for any reason whatsoever for 21 days, starting at the day your parcel has been delivered.

Of course you may unpack your order to check it. Make sure you do not remove the tags, use or damage the product in any way, otherwise we cannot accept your return. Please try to handle the packing carefully as well.

The return of your product is free of charge. To return a parcel, please fill in this form to start the return process. You will receive a shipping label and a return slip from us by e-mail to complete the process.
